細頸量筒是日本時期臺灣總督府專賣局度量衡所用來檢定容器是否合於容積標準的檢驗器具，一直使用到光復初期。加油機及承接液體量器的檢查便是用此種量筒。材質內部是玻璃，外面下方以木質材料包覆，上方則覆以金屬材料。

The narrow-neck graduated cylinder was used by the Taiwan Governor-General’s Office during the Japanese period as a verification tool to check whether containers complied with volume standards, continuing its use into the early post-war period. This type of cylinder was employed for inspecting fuel dispensers and liquid measuring devices. The interior is made of glass, while the lower exterior is covered with wooden material, and the upper part is encased in metal.
