This planimeter is an improved version of the Lippincott Planimeter 922, manufactured and sold by Lippincott S. S. & S. Company in New Jersey, USA. Unlike Lippincott Planimeter 922, this planimeter replaces the glass tube with a scale placed on the opposite side. The translation of the rolling wheel drives the pointer on the scale, allowing for measurement readings.
